My research, teaching and consulting focuses on cooperation, communication, and decision-making at work. I am passionate about understanding the conditions for prosocial behaviour and social sustainability in groups and organisations, with a special interest in the effects of digitalisation, intercultural differences and social norms, and the perceived costs and benefits in knowledge sharing and expertise transfer.
